We make every effort to be punctual to your scheduled appointment time, yet some factors are simply beyond our control such as, weather, traffic conditions, locked doors and clients adding or cancelling services.
Cancellation
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
A fee will apply if we are not given 24hrs notice.

Our services are available on a weekly, biweekly, triweekly, and monthly basis. Unreal Cleaning also offers spring and move-in/out services. With two workers attending to your home we ensure your cleaning requirements are met. Our scheduled cleans offer a great way to keep your home refreshed, leaving you stress free to enjoy the things you like doing most.
Payment is due at the completion of each cleaning service.
